Fighting Fraud

Take a look at STEM-Pro .This Service Add-on provides you with the tools to protect your business (and your Resellers) from Fraud. Using a series of regular reports and real-time alerts, STEM-pro watches your service even when you are sleeping.

STEM-Pro works not only with ICC Termination but monitors all of your vendor balances and activity, offering a truely comprehensive early warning service for any suspicious call traffic on your network. 

Premium Support    

Premium clients need a lot of attention.  If your chosen market is highly customer centric, we can provide you with one of four Add-On Services in the Intelligent Hands family, to help you provide a premium level of support to match that more demanding market.

Intelligent Hands enables us to undertake many of the routine tasks you may come to only once and a while, tariff uploads, fault finding, liaison with vendors when tracing problems, and so on Intelligent hands takes the routine tasks off of your desk and puts them on ours. The next level adds telephone support to your service, for closer integration. 

Ultimate Service Plan Customers can go one step further and provide Branded Intelligent Hands to their Resellers and the 4th level offers that service as fully branded telephone support option for your own resellers.

 

Extra Training 

Active SoftSwitch comes with extensive training, the level of which differs according to the Service Plan you choose. For example the training period for an Enterprise Service Plan customer is usually 3 x 2 hour sessions. 

We know that sometimes it takes longer than that to feel really competent with a more complex service and we also know that there are times where a refresher training session can save a lot of time in the long run, so we offer a range of training options.
