
Registration App
The Customer Registration App enables you to embed a range of customer registration forms into your Content Management System, so that a new customer can self-register in real time for a number of different services using different forms. You will be using simple drag and drop to create the perfect branded data collection form, individual for each service.
For example you will need to collect different data on your centrex registration form compared to the data you will need for a SIP Trunking customer. The Registration App enables you to do that with the minimum of effort.
Your Customers View
Your Customer will come to your site and set up his own service on a purpose built, fully branded registration Form. On submission of the form your customer will be sent their Username and Password so that they can add payments to their account and start to use their new service.
The Registration App makes it easier for your Customers to buy thing from you.
Your View
If you are already an Active SoftSwitch Customer, you can download the Customer Registration App to your site using our Content Management Platform.
You can modify the apearance of the App to match it with your own branding and then launch the service to your Customers. The data provided by the Customer is then used to populate Active SoftSwitch which uses PortaOne at the core for Billing, Switching and Call Management.

Automated Customer Registration App is free to use if you are using an Active SoftSwitch Lite, Enterprise or Ultimate Service Plan. Registration is not available for Pro customers. You can Register for Active SoftSwitch Here.
Provisioning via the Customer Registration App
Your Customer responds to your advert for any service. They compete and submit the online Registration Form you have prepared using your back office form in Content Management. The Form populates Active SoftSwitch with the data for that service with the Customer details and creates the account and any other services necessary. If the account is in credit the customer is able to use the service they have registered for.
