The Local Number Add-on App enables your Customers to rent a Number on a dialing code local to them, which is permanently forwarded to an international destination.
For example, a London based customer may choose to rent a London Local Number from you. During the service setup you will permanently forwarded that number to an international destination for that customer, for example a parent in Paris or a son in Sidney.
Your Customers View
Each time the customer dials the Local Number, they reach the same international destination. The Customer will usually add the Local Number to the speed dial of their normal landline and mobile phone. Local Number rental plus a local call charge equals a great international service.
To offer Local Number to your customers you must first be an ICC Partner using an Active SoftSwitch Lite, Pro, Enterprise or Ultimate Service Plan.
After you have registered for service, or if you are already in service, you will be able to download the Local Number App to your site using our Orchard Content Management Platform.
You can modify the appearance of the App to match it with your own branding and then launch the service to your customers.

Provisioning via the Local Number App
Your customer responds to your advert for Local Numbers. They complete the online form and submit it. The Form populates the Local Number data base with customer details and issues a number to the account. If the account is in credit the customer is able to use the Local Number. They can come back later see the numbers that are allocated to them and use the "Add Item" button to order additional numbers over time (See below).
