An Example Service
Alex used Active SoftSwitch Enterprise to launch his own ITSP service in 2010. He used to provide a range of business to business services, like the IP Centrex service used by Anna, the Telemarketer. He also provides many customers with SIP Trunking and others with Conference Calling services. He has one large Calling Card service Customer.
Anna, the Telemarketer, uses Alex's IP Centrex service in her business. She has 15 agents who mainly use outbound service, but each one has their own DDI for ring-back. Some work from home on certain days and Anna can change their "follow me" setting on a day by day basis. She also uses Alex's call recording service when training her staff.
