ICC maintains a number of policies which are detailed below and divided into three categories.


1.   Company Confidential Policies include:

2.   Public Policies include:

Privacy Policy 

Upon registration users are required to provide full name, street address, e-mail address and password. This information is used to manage the access to sensitive member-specific information such as account balance, member profile, and eligibility for certain services and benefits provided by either ICC Networks its partners or affiliates.  Users’ correct full name and postal address are required for payment processing and verification.  A valid email address is required to provide value-added services ICC Networks will not distribute user information to third-party companies without users’ explicit permission.

Cookies Policy

Cookies are tiny text files written on a user's computer. ICC Networks uses cookies to customize services for its users. As per our Terms of Service, upon registration, all users grant to ICC Networks.com their explicit permission to create and manage cookies to personally identify users and render its services. Security Policy

ICC Networks and it associated partners, have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We use industry standard procedures and processes, such as firewall, proxies, encryption and monitoring to prevent abuse of our network and its data. Access to user's data is limited to Database Administrators and Customer Service Representatives only. There are several measures implemented to control access to the data, based on login passwords, NT and UNIX file access permissions, and IP address permissions.

Users will be offered whether or not we can use their information in a different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Account Information Policy 

ICC Networks will do its best to honour requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with ICC Networks is current and accurate.

Spam Policy
