This week saw the posting of the first of a series of videos made for YouTube, designed to demonstrate the customer benefits of any given feature of the Active SoftSwitch service. This first video uses the characters of Mark and Laura to illustrate how the Number Forwarding feature works and how your customer would benefit from using it.   

ICC also plans the production of a parallel series of "how to" feature set-up videos which show an ITSP how to set up such a feature in Active SoftSwitch and how to include the feature in the registration process or the in the shopping cart. These videos will add to the existing knowlege base method of "set up" help and support for our partners.
