I absolutely love the Voice recording feature in Business Centrex module. Working in the'sales departement' I find it to be very useful for me. This is because it gives me the opportunity to listen back to conversations I have had with prospects and customers and learn from them. I am able to see first-hand, how I can improve on future conversations and how I can be even more helpful to the clients. It is also very easy to navigate. I log in to the business centrex app and then click on "Call Data Records". This takes me to a page that displays all the calls that have come in and out of the department. I simply search for my name and the call I want to listen back to and press play. It is as simple as that!
