Last week we promised to bring you more on our new Active SoftSwitch Residential Service features, so today we highlight the new customer Registration process and our brand new Cloud Mobile service integration.
We have had very good feedback following the launch of our updated Registration process for all services. The newly bootstrapped registration 2.0 will work on any internet enabled device and allows you to capture the end users info as they go through the fully branded process, they can create live accounts, manage dormant accounts and populate the billing and call management elements of their service in real time.
You can decide which elements of the process you want to add or subtract depending on the service you offer and delete some details which may not be relevant to your service. Your customers can add apps, or DDI's or hardware to their shopping cart during their registration process.
Cloud Mobile Softphone
ICC has carefully selected Cloud Mobile as its new mobile softphone partner as their service is fully compliant with all SIP Standard Codecs and so with Active SoftSwitch. It works on Apple and Android OS's so Cloud Mobile adds that vital mobile ingredient in to the mix of services you can offer your customers. All they need to do is order the service from your site and after authentication they will receive a Quick Response Code which they can scan into their mobile and download the app.
You can re-brand and customise the app online and get your Cloud Mobile service launched for your customers within 24 hours. The service is very low cost entry for you, starting at just £90 pm, per brand and is free to your end user and this "Your Brand" app will look great on your users mobile device. In the background ICC is using its world class Active SoftSwitch service to do all the billing, routing and call management and you can manage the customer with from your portal.
