    In a new development released today, Active SoftSwitch Admin agents can now insert descriptions and explanations above each step of their registration form(s). This is in direct response to feedback, where some of our Solution Partners wanted more detail on their forms whilst others wanted less, to keep them as clean and uncluttered as possible. This development delivers the best of both worlds because now, you can decide!

  • Quicker Login for your Customers

    Today's update improves the Login experience for your Customers. During the Registration process, at the Account Creation step, we now add the Customer's email to the Voicemail Forward settings by default. This means, one less task for a new customer when they log in to their control panel for the first time.

  • Interface Login & Password Now Optional in Registration Wizard

    One of our partners suggested that having the option to remove the Username and password fields from the Registration wizard will make their customers registration process much more efficient and effective. This also prevents customers from trying to login to the platform before all elements of their account is configured.

  • Email as Customer Name during Registration

    Another benefit of the current Active SoftSwitch software Release (2.1) is that it alows Customers to use of their email address as their Customer ID in Porta, when using Active SoftSwitch registration. This is a feature was added after we received several requests for it from Partners using our feature request tool which is available for all Partners through their Web Portal.

  • Unique Mobile Number Required for SMS Verification

    Another measure to tighten the noose on VoIP Fraud has been implemented this week with the introduction of a new element of the SMS Verification section of the Registration Process.  Now the person registering has to use a UNIQUE mobile number.
