Two new Apps for your Customers

Active SoftSwitch is now tightly integrated with Cloud Softphone so that your customers can download and provision their Mobile App easily and quickly. 

1   The Download Cloud Softphone App

This App creates a link (#3) on your Active SoftSwitch CMS site which will open a custom QR Code. When this QR Code is scanned by an Android or iOS device, the respective App Market will launch on the device so that the customer can download the Cloud Softphone App with ease.

2   The Provision Cloud Softphone App

The SIP Accounts Widget in Active SoftSwitch comes with an option where an additional button (#1) launches a QR code (#2) that contains the customers' SIP Account credentials as well as your Cloud Softphone's brand settings. When the customer scans this QR code using their Cloud Softphone App, they will get authenticated automatically and your branding and configurations will be delivered to the device.

Customers with multiple accounts can switch between their settings with ease using the simple QR Code Provisioning.
